The Annual General Meeting 2019
The Inaugural Annual General Meeting of the Rotaract Club of Faculty of Medicine ,University of Colombo was held on the 18th of July 2019 at the faculty premises with the participation of many rotaractors of the club. The meeting commenced with the formal proceedings and the outgoing president Rtr.Tushani Ranawaka gave a brief overview about the club's progress and the activities done throughout the past year. She extended her heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing board for their hardwok and dedication in founding the club and bringing it upto a appreciably remarkable level gaining much recognition in its first year as a new club among other Rotaract Clubs in the country. Having received multiple awards at the District General Assembly rotaractors whose noteworthy contributions in organising the projects "You Are Not Alone" and the medical camp for the World Downs Syndrome Day were felicitated. The President Collar was handed over by the outgoing president to the incoming president Rtr.Sachith Munasinghe and the incoming board for the year 19/20 was introduced. The meeting concluded with greater hopes for a successful year ahead.
